As a Community Manager for Equiem, I have worked with 3 different clients and looked after the stakeholder engagement of 15 premium and A-grade commercial assets in Australia. End to end campaign management, managing online platforms & users, effective budget allocation and content creation were key parts of this role.

As part of my role at BIF, I was responsible for creating and implementing marketing/fundraising campaigns in Western Australia to help the disadvantaged youth of WA. Social media management, content generation and partnership liaison were key responsibilities of this role.

Primary responsibilities included supporting all marketing activities and promoting products to improve the sexual and reproductive health of the general public against all religious and cultural norms in Pakistan. Being the first to the WA market, this campaign was aimed to attract audience from our secondary and tertiary trade areas during the busy Black Friday Sales period and increase spend per customer.

My commercial portfolio to date includes: Perth - 240 St Georges Terrace, Kings Square and Alluvion Sydney - 1 Bligh Street, 5 Martin Place, Gateway, 201 Elizabeth Street, 44 Market Street, 383 Kent Street, 56 Pitt Street, 175 Pitt Street and 60 Castlereagh. Melbourne - 80 Collins Street.
Launched a marketing campaign to support local precinct retailer through engaging 60 seconds videos and content pieces.
Facilitated the launch of End of Trip Facilities and Wellness Centre at Gateway - No.1 Macquarie Place, NSW and Two Forty - 240 St Georges Terrace, Perth.
To welcome and onboard new tenants to the building during the uncertain times of COVID-19, I along with my team adapted to an innovative solution and launched the welcome video as a replacement of building tours to add value to customer experience.
During my tenure at Be Inspired Foundation, I launched and managed their first fund raising campaign in partnership with Australia Leisure and Hospitality Group (ALH). We successfully raised over $50,000 within 6-weeks to help disadvantaged youth of WA.
Successfully onboarded 4000+ customers/tenants for 240 St Georges & Kings Square Perth, with a registration rate of 98%.
Organised and managed 100+ events in Australia to support marketing & engagement campaigns of commercial assets in Australia. As part of the Marketing & Branding team, I was actively involved in rebranding of Touch condoms in Pakistan. The brand was revitalised in by improving the quality and standard of the product along with its packaging. Touch is now Pakistan’s 2nd highest selling brand.
